This is the boring stuff but important information outlined by Dianna Lee Embroideries to safeguard yourself and ourselves.
By agreeing to an invoice and placing an order, you are entering an agreedment with Dianna Lee Embroideries.
Buying and refunds from Dianna Lee Embroideries.
For orders under £200 and new accounts, payments are required in full to secure the order.
The process of doing this is to enter in an agreement with the customer and Dianna Lee Embroideries.
Always check details on the invoice for all orders with Dianna Lee Embroideries. Any mistakes not noticed by the customer on the order will not be acceptable for a refund.
Once the payment has been received into our account, and the garments/items are ordered or the embroidery starts, the money cannot be refunded.
Garments and special thread colour requests etc are ordered by Dianna Lee Embroideries as soon as your money has been received.
Refunds will only be issued for incorrect order or faulty goods. All garments must be returned before a refund.
On the unlikelihood of this happening refunds will be paid back into the same account they were paid from.
Orders from established customers over £200 will require a deposit of 50% to secure all orders.
All payments to Dianna Lee Embroideries will only be placed through safe and secure methods, agreed at the time of an order and buying goods.
Any requests not deemed safe will not be accepted.
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
In order to contract with EED you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. EED retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be EED. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.
Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Collections and Deliveries
To be agreed on order.
Deliveries will occur a charge set out for either mailing costs or delivery made by Dianna Lee Embroideries for petrol and time. These will be agreed at time of the order.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Charges notice for further information.
Collection must be arranged by appointment with Dianna Lee Embroideries only.
Parking for collection and all appointments require on the road parking. Dianna Lee Embroideries is not responsible for the safety of your vehicle during visits.
Visits and Entering Dianna Lee Embroideries Studio
All visits must be by appointment, unless an open day is arranged.
Health and Safty checks will be carried out before every visit.
Whilst there is minimum risk to visiting public and your safety is our responsibility, for your own safety do not touch any equipment.
Whilst the pandemic (Covid 19) is still in our community we will be following all the latest guideline. These change often so please check the latest Dianna Lee Embroideries guidelines on our pop up tab when entering our website.
Copyright
All Dianna Lee Embroideries embroideries are created in-house and not copied from other embroiders. Our embroideries must not be copied by another anyone or any company.
Our own created designs are owned solely by Dianna Lee Embroideries.
All requests to embroider company logos and artwork are at the customers request and are therefore our customer is responsible for all copyrights.
Please note all embroidery requests with embroidery files created are kept for around 5 years. If you do not re-request the same embroidery the files will be deleted after 5 years. If a request is made for the same embroidery after 5 years a new file will be created incurring the 'one off' set up charge.
The name Dianna Lee Embroideries, DL Embroidery and DL Embroidery Derbyshire are protected under copyrights.
Prohibitions
You must not misuse this Website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person's proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as "spam"; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. EED will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
